Service Design for Human Resources Labs L’Oréal Paris & New York

 

The main objective of the collaboration with l’Oréal is: ‘Get a deeper understanding of what Design Thinking is, the process, theory and how it’s applied and how to create buy-in and implement a new way of working?

How to use a fast and iterative approach for the development of service improvements or innovations?

 

The project focuses on the 2020 HR Vision and the unique HR initiatives and behaviors to implement in L’Oréal Paris & New York. Our aim is to help individuals and teams to gain more autonomy in the development of human-centered solutions by implementing and facilitating the Service Design Thinking tools & methodology.
